This project was part of a complete home renovation in Oakville and it led to a new front and back landscape redesign to complement the house’s style and to satisfy the family’s needs. With two young kids and a busy life, a low maintenance landscape was their number one priority.
The red clay typical for Oakville was the main concern for the homeowners as the backyard usually transforms in a pool in spring when the snow melts in Spring. Therefore, two individual NDS Flo-wells System for drainage were proposed to be installed in the far back as rain water management where all the downspouts were connected as well the entire lawn gently sloped towards to drain.
