Boardwalk Builders built this North Bethany beach house (designed by Mark
McInturff) for three generations of an active Washington area family. The two wings of the house follow the property lines of the pie-shaped lot, leaving an exciting atrium space between for stairs, bridges and elevator. Ample decks and porches from every level allow for informal outdoor entertaining. Grey cedar shingles and white trim help the house fit in to its community, while the light, bright and colorful interior reflects the spirit of this family. An addition in 2007 added a bedroom and additional deck space to accommodate the grandkids.
