This Georgian Colonial sits at the southernmost side of Marblehead Neck. The North elevation of the home faces the street, allowing the front facade to orient to a secluded beach. The elaborate front door entry, a replica from a home in Newport, Rhode Island, was recreated from photographs and original drawings to achieve the classical ornamentation including a hand-crafted pineapple. The house was expanded to accommodate a growing family, and the third floor, which was previously uninhabitable, was developed into three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the primary level, the kitchen and formal spaces boast the most views to the ocean while the second level holds the master suite and guest suite.
