Oceana South Residence

Oceana South Residence is located on the island of Key Biscayne. Our client's requested modern home design looks over of the stunning ocean view. So we designed the house with the neutral colors, simple and elegant at the same time.

The dining room furniture, which is right next to the living room and overlooks the panoramic ocean view, is white. The magnificent blue of the ocean inspired the color of the area rug. We set up the oval dining table to seat 8 people.

To the bright, light wood-finished kitchen design, we added a red accent. The red floor lighting in the family room completed them both.

White sofas and chairs match the natural light provided by the family room floor-to-ceiling windows. The 47" w Nordic rectangular oak coffee table warmed the atmosphere.

In the children's room's study area, we used a wallpaper mural with a geometric triangular pattern in pastel colors. Vercelli Cabinet in White Lacquer and Marquee Light Wall Mirror have been used.
