The house was built in the 80's with honey oak cabinets and sheet vinyl flooring. The kitchen had the usual soffits with upper cabinets below. It also had formica counters and white appliances.

New kitchen has shaker cabinets in a soft grey to the ceiling, an island that houses a wine cooler, lots of storage and a counter breakfast bar for two. The counters are Cambria Britannica. The sink Elkay's Quartz Classic Greystone. Hands free, motion sense faucet. The floor appears to be large format tile, but is actually 12 x 24 LVT (luxury vinyl tile) installed in a brick lay with acrylic grout.

Three-dimensional back splash complements the counters and reflects light accenting its geometric detail. Cabinet hardware, faucet and light fixtures sparkle with a chrome finish.
