Old Camp Road
The goal for this Foxboro residence was to create a natural water park so that the children in the family could enjoy the area for years to come. The first challenge for the Seoane masonry crew was to develop a realistic waterfall which spills into the new 44’ gunite pool. Concrete footings, gunite and stone veneer had to be maneuvered up the 20’ slope with heavy equipment. The results are over (8) cascading spillways with twists and turns. The granite dive stone and step replaces the old diving boards. A spacious stamped bomanite pool deck with a random stone pattern and colors to match the walls. The large deck space allows multiple tables, umbrellas and chaise lounges for sunning. Take a walk up the granite stairs and enjoy the upper sitting patio. A wooden deck off the kitchen provides easy access for serving company on those warm summer nights. Full scale landscape plantings embellish the hill, complete with specimen evergreens and summer color.
