The original home that stood on this lot was past it’s prime (even though it was located in THE prime neighborhood in Greensboro). A natural spring located underneath the old structure made the decision easy - remove the old house, move the footprint out of harm’s way, and build a brand new custom home with the open concept and all of the modern touches that the homeowners desired.
