Designing this 4 unit row-house for 2 Canadian Olympians in the community of Bowness, an area that they spent a lot of time in and around while training at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, was a ton of fun. That farmhouse charm that makes Bowness special was the driving theme for this project.
In tackling this project the largest hurdle was re-zoning the property. Achieving the first R-CG zoning in this community was a challenging and lengthy process but successful in the end.
