This cottage was purchased and renovated to maintain its charm and character of a seaside Victorian village. The kitchen was remodeled and opened to the living area. Existing finishes such as bead board ceilings were restored and the exterior was scraped and painted . Better access was given to the back yard from the kitchen--a patio, outdoor shower and grill area were incorporated into the small back yard.
