Onset beach house

We removed all the old siding from the home and installed new white cedar shingles to the original coursing and shingle styles from the late 1800's when the house was built

The decorative arch was made wood and was falling apart. We reproduced the individual slat design with a full sheet of AZEK and milled all the detail in the shop to recreate the arch that will last and never need paint or repairs.

This house had a total face lift. We re roofed, all new trim, windows and siding and new gutters. We also had extensive framing inside to bring the house to code and make it safe.

All the windows were trimmed out to match the original details down to the historic sill details. All the exterior is AZEK PVC trim and will never rot or need paint.
