This home was a rebuild due to flood from the kitchen. A one-foot flood cut was done all around the perimeter of the walls. When the drywall was replaced, the existing wall texture had to be matched and painted to match the existing drywall.

The wood flooring was all replaced in the downstairs with brand new tile.

The upstairs loft that overlooked the Living Room downstairs was enclosed to create a playroom. A fan and lighting were installed above the living room where the opening used to be located.
