This renovation project in Orillia transformed an outdated, original builder-style kitchen into a modern, functional space using a "same space, new kitchen" approach to maximize the existing footprint.
Custom cabinetry from Canadiana Kitchens featuring 3/4 overlay gables color-matched to zambukka melamine, vinyl tile floors, 3 cm Bianco antico granite countertops, LED under-cabinet lighting, and LED pot lights were installed.
The project also included relocating plumbing and electrical for a new dishwasher and shifting from a peninsula layout to a breakfast bar, with the sink and tap sourced from Bathworks in Barrie see Jennifer Fayyazi.
