Butler Armsden Architects realized this vision with a single level house and detached garage/studio that maximizes the property’s amenities and potential.

The house is sited towards the front of the property to allow for ample parking and a spacious, level back yard, a luxury in this hilly neighborhood. Inside, the rooms and windows are oriented to maximize the view beyond. The property’s sculptural California oaks, 22’ by 10’ glass sliding doors, and a pool overlooking the valley, result in a house that celebrates the California lifestyle of indoor and outdoor living.
