Ottawa Hills Home Staging

This project spanned a number of years as we made improvements to eventually prepare the house for sale. New wood flooring was added in the living, dining and office areas and new carpet for the stairs and bedrooms. We worked with almost all of the homeowner's existing furniture, accessories, and wall color to save on cost. New off the shelf bedding was added to the bedrooms to bring them up to date. All the hard work paid off as the home sold quickly!

The homeowner replaced appliances and de-cluttered counter-tops and cabinets. We selected a new blue upholstery fabric for the chairs to coordinate with the sofa in the adjacent family room and bring out the color of the cabinet doors.
