Our average lot size is 30-50% larger than most of our south neighborhood lots, and with our new side drive garage plans, backyards will provide much more space to grow and play.

Along with the larger lots, Parkwood is in the process of revamping our whole line of homes. We've created entirely new floorplans like the Asheville, while updating our most popular plans like the Chesapeake with improvements that have come through years of customizing plans to fit families' needs.
