Renovation/Addition-Build

Paces Ferry is a renovation/addition consisting of a new Owner's Suite with seating area, double walk-in closets, custom doors/windows, and steel railings. The spa-like bath features book-matched floor-to-ceiling marble walls, a soaking tub, separate shower area, custom cabinets, built-ins and make-up storage, and abundant natural light from a custom-made skylight.

F.M. Studio worked closely with the architect and the client for Paces Valley to ensure that the construction matched the high level of detail and design by Matt Finn at Cognitive Design.
