A rare find in San Francisco, this Mediterranean courtyard home was expanded up, back, and down. The addition repeats the details of the original 1920's home seamlessly.

The contemporary kitchen has abundant light, with high windows and french doors leading out to the courtyard. The mosaic tile backsplash is repeated in the adjacent pantry area.

The roof corbels, steel railing, tile roofing, and stucco detailing in the new addition were patterned on the original dwelling.
