Historical renovation of a 1904, 2 story, Pacific Heights Victorian. A subrgade garage was added by suspending the building over steel and timber shoring and excavating 300 cubic yards of sand. Full concrete and steel walls were shot and a solid mat slab was poured. The two residential levels were carefully renovated giving a slightly modern twist.
