The residence sits on a bluff overlooking the pacific ocean and the self realization fellowship near the end of Sunset Blvd. The client came to HUUM requesting we envision a minimal, easy house for them to occupy. Volumes, material, finish details, windows are all considered to reduce visual clutter, allow the light of the day to play across it. A sanctum providing interior quiet and stunning framed views of the hills and Pacific Ocean.
