Master bedroom remodel, as part of whole house renovation. The homeowners vaulted the original 8 foot ceilings, added a faux beam and engineered flooring.

The homeowners borrowed space from the former foyer to add a hallway, for improved flow.

This space is located adjacent to the access to the garage. An organization hub was added to coral keys, mail, and other items. Hidden charging ports are located inside of the unit.

The original kitchen was moved to the back of the house, which allowed for one large, open concept family room and kitchen space. Large double islands were added, using different countertop materials to differentiate between the work zones.

The homeowners kept the footprint of the original porch, which is located just off the master bedroom. They replaced the decking, had the screens replaced, and vaulted the ceiling, and chose to clad the ceiling in wood.

During the remodel, the homeowners requested a two sided fireplace, flanked by 8 foot folding doors.
