This home hadn’t been remodeled since the 1980s, so our goal was to completely transform the space while preserving the homeowners’ personality and lifestyle needs. We began by removing the wall between the kitchen and living room to open up the layout, allowing the owners to cook while still spending time with family and guests.

Both bathrooms were fully updated using Calacatta-style tile to complement the new kitchen countertops and visually expand the space. Throughout the home, we installed modern single-panel interior doors, with a custom barn door added in the primary bathroom for a subtle farmhouse touch.

Additional design elements included a butcher block island, cow-print bar stools, and bright oak-style LVP flooring to complete the modern farmhouse feel while keeping the home warm, functional, and inviting.
