Client contacted us when he was just finishing building his brand new custom home on a mountain side with an eight feet wide second floor balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the valley. The challenge was to furnish the balcony while creating the best possible use of this narrow space and at the same time not to obstruct the amazing view from inside. Our design team was able to create solution that fit in ten person dining table, two loveseats with a coffee table, another conversation area with two club chairs, two ottomans and two side tables, and even perfectly place large daybed with flying tables (attached to the sides of the daybed). Overall outcome of this project seamlessly fits with the facade of the house.
