This historic home had not been renovated since it was built in 1949. Every surface of this home was touched and renovated. Three of the original bathrooms were gutted and new surfaces were chosen. A finished basement with a new bathroom were added for an entertaining space. The original kitchen was gutted and a wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to allow for a more expansive kitchen.
