This stunning semi-custom home was built and completed in 2022. The owners wanted to blend modern lines with the warmth of European design. Urbane Interiors completed design of floor to ceiling cabinetry in the kitchen, butler pantry, mudroom, laundry room, and home office. Additionally, the living room built in was a custom design. The kitchen is highlighted by a custom stainless steel hood with brass strap accents. Mixed metals reign supreme in the kitchen resulting in a lovely balance of the cool appearance of stainless steel with the warmth of brushed gold and brass. A large custom fireplace wall adorns the great room/living room -- highlighted with large dark grey/earthy tile work placed in a vertical stack for modern lines. The dining room was designed to include a vertical wine cellar, which adds a moment of art combined with practicality. Several rooms are painted in a moody palette, while other rooms are bright an airy -- a perfect balance to add visual interest as one moves from room to room. Lastly, the powder room was a joy to design -- large black tiles cover all four walls of the powder room, accented by an industrial style mirror. Brass and glass sconces adorn each side of the mirror for a beautiful, serene lighting experience.
