This beautiful Pasadena home is ready for the summer with a brand new pool, landscape and patio area by Spazio LA.
The pool, spa, and slide were custom-built with remote heat and lighting controls by Jandy Wifi 2.0, and it was surrounded by a new landscape, modern irrigation system and new stone pavers throughout the patio area.
A brand new barbecue area was created for entertaining with stacked stone matching the spa. Custom redwood side gates and a brand new wooden fence was added around the property.
