Passive home - Lyndhurst
This was a new-build project with clients that had a great eye for what they wanted. Using the thick-wall characteristic of a passive house, we were able to extend the main kitchen countertop into the window well giving plenty of room around the kitchen sink. A generous space for the layout of the kitchen allowed for maximum efficiency and storage - including a premium built-in coffee center with flip-up aluminum doors. The central location allows for easy access from both the main living space and the garage entry.
In the main floor master bedroom is access to a walk-in closet/laundry area and a large custom ensuite bathroom. Soaker tub, barrier-free walk-in shower and custom-built vanity all add to the splendor of this space.
The downstairs guest bath is also decked out with stunning tile work in a large shower and a custom made vanity as well - sure to make it hard for guests to leave!
