In this project we remodeled an existing pavilion with no amenities into an outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and custom concrete countertops and built another pavilion to the side of it for an outdoor living/dinning space with a cozy gas fireplace. The existing porch on the house was remodeled and enclosed with a roof and a wall of doors and windows that opens up the room to the outside. The white Peacock pavers brightens up the pool area while giving the setting an elegant feel. Raised planters and steps form the transition from the house to the pool. The pool rests between the house and pavilion and features a water level spa and tanning ledge. The water lights up at night with color changing led lights. Behind the kitchen sits a custom gas fire pit next to an arbor with a swing. A formal planting area with an urn anchors the garden as a feature focal point. Additional amenities include night lighting, irrigation, drainage, a mulched playground area, new lawn and landscape planting.
