Audrey Scheck Design was hired to reimagine the footprint of the home to create an additional office, along with refreshing the client's kitchen, fireplace, and powder bath.The team enclosed the formal dining room to create an additional office with custom built-ins framing the window. Custom framing and barn doors were used to make the new office feel intentional and cohesive with the other office nearby. The powder bath was remodeled with fun terrazzo floor tile and painted a dark blue for a moody vibe. In the living room, the fireplace surround was updated to a beautiful slab of quartz and the mantle was re-stained to brighten the space. Additionally, a kitchen wall was closed-in in order to create a private butler's pantry. Custom floor-to-ceiling cabinets in the kitchen, along with all new backsplash, hardware, and lighting, were the finishing touches on this refresh.
