Our client, “Peek” wanted us to plan and design a crystallographic feature wall for her new room.

We decided to start off with the paint colour first. Her existing furniture, bedding, and accessories had a very neutral accented colour palette through them and we wanted to keep that flow throughout, but use it as a base for the new walls that we were going to design for her.

So first, we painted the first wall that you see a very rich burgundy colour, as well as the back of the door. Next, we painted the remaining three walls a calm, warm grey to benefit the saturation of the burgundy. We then decided to keep her existing white trim to keep the space flowing throughout the hallway of her room. Finally, we designed her crystallographic feature wall to go on the accent burgundy wall, using an assortment of frames and photos. To top off the entire room, we added leaf accents from “Green Earth” to keep the space flowing.
