Pender, a townhouse renovation updates it's kitchen, living and bathroom to become a brighter and more aesthetic space.

The kitchen design focused on functionality, creating lots of storage, a better work flow and an updated aesthetic. A new area for the fridge and pantries allowed for more counter room in the main kitchen space and a custom kitchen island. New paint and light hardwood flooring runs through the main floor and the rest of the townhome, tying the space together, updating it and creating harmony. The bathroom and bedroom were updated to fit with the main floor renovations.
