Penthouse Echo Brickell

Contemporary two-story penthouse occupying the 52nd & 53rd floor of Echo Brickell in Miami. The penthouse has an indoor pool and has a 360 view of the city.
As a design team we were involved from start to finish and the project took 1-1/2 yeas to complete.

Project Cost: More than $2,000,000
Contemporary Livingroom with TV and fireplace, we achieved additional interior space by enclosing one of the balconies. We used two large custom hair hide area rug to unity the two different sitting areas.

We designed a limestone floating like stair with bronze support, Wall cladding in bronze mirror and a leather handrail.

Interior Pool in dark grey glass tile and travertine deck surround. A green wall was designed with black marble frame to create a focal point and bring in a natural element.
