Creating a luxurious, elegant livable environment by carving out multi-use open areas, architecturally delineated by overhead beams, ceiling treatments, built-ins and furnishing primarily of the 19th and early 20th Century. The integration of terraces and 180 degree panoramic views of the St. Johns River from this penthouse add to the overall feeling of spaciousness. The project was featured in a coffee table publication "The Best of Florida Design," 2007 issue and won the ASID, North Florida Chapter Award for Residential Design in 2008.
