This project required a lot of space planning and structural repair. In the end we have a Penthouse that has great flow and unbelievable contemporary design elements. We incorporated warm wood toned birdseye maple cabinets in the kitchen together with sleek gray high gloss acrylic cabinets. The bathrooms are all white with wonderful combination of textures….waves, shine, honed and stainless accents. One of my favorite spaces is the powder room with the glass sink on top of the live edge custom countertop. Of course the outside space, which is 1000 SF is the icing on the cake.
