Michael Tauber Architecture worked closely with the client to build out the penthouse shell merging two units into a single 5000 square foot single unit that can be later be redivided back to two. The intent was to take advantage of the wrap around views in providing every room a distinctive view which changes with the light through out the day. Lighting was designed to emphasize the rhythm of the windows . The large great room combines an open kitchen dining and living space.
