Obtain a building permit from the City of Houston for their proposed shade structure. Review deficiency comments and propose a path to correct. Identify the resources and process required to satisfy each of the City’s deficiency comments. Facilitate completion of the forms and documents required for resubmittal. Contact the floodplain management office to determine what is required to comply for this project and what is applicable to the scope of our project. Track status of revisions and provide client with updates & projected resubmittal/review dates. Facilitate communication amongst contractors, engineers, City, etc. Assist with uploading the required revisions to Projectdox online submittal system. Facilitate calls & meetings with the city. Monitor plan review progress & update client
