Designed & built a basement onto the home at 56th & Mayo in Scottsdale. Added an additional 1500 square feet to the space. Included game room, wine cellar, guest bed, guest bath, bar & spiral staircase up to backyard and pool. This home was featured in Arizona Home & Design magazine for the basement addition.
