BIC assisted with the renovation of the La Jolla shores landmark Piatti. Scope included new kitchen, new exhibition kitchen, new retail, new dining rooms, new restrooms. BIC assisted with the design and fabrication of extensive amount of fine custom millwork and custom brass and metal work throughout the space. Project required high coordination to match the new re-branding of Piatti Restaurant finishes.
