This 820 sf addition added some much needed space to this family's original 1950's home. The project had budget conscience goals that included a thoughtful phased approach for future projects to the home. The addition included a new primary suite, living, dining, laundry, mud room, and side entry with covered porch. The design focused on a solid connection to the rear yard, ample natural light, spacious living areas with vaulted ceilings, and a functional, natural flow.
