The customer needed more bedrooms for his growing family. After visiting the home, the only area on the lot that we could square footage to was from the crawlspace on the 3rd level. The construction involved the removal of 20 tons of dirt. We built a retaining wall to create the bedroom layout. We were able to create 2 more bedrooms and give the media room a better layout.
