Swimming Pool Installation Project In Roswell! This project was done turn-key including the pool, irrigation, landscape, and wet weather drainage ditch behind the pool that runs across the lot!
This heated swimming pool is 47' long, 29' wide, and 12' deep! The pool has several dive rocks, 45 square foot tan ledge, a natural spillover waterfall coming from a 9' X 8' free form spa that seats 8, with waterway jets!
The patio consist of 1700 square foot of Dublin Cobble Belgard Pavers, a natural field stone border, and custom boulder steps. There is also a 35 square foot upper patio around the spa covered with flagstone!
The landscape has several truck loads of Certified Bermuda 419 sod, 7 zones of irrigation, and tons of large specimen plants all designed by Sandals Luxury Pools, Inc.
The wet weather run off behind the pool goes across the entire lot and was created with several truck loads of river rock, large, and small boulders.
