Pino Residence is a new-construction modern home featuring a fully custom kitchen and integrated millwork package designed and fabricated for a clean, architectural look. The heart of the space is a curved, fluted island paired with two-tone cabinetry—warm wood full-height panels and crisp white base cabinets—finished with quartz counters/backsplash and layered lighting (under-cabinet, display, recessed, and cove) for a soft, elevated glow.

Beyond the kitchen, custom carpentry continues throughout the home with LED-lit display shelving, a concealed appliance/coffee station, a walnut-paneled home office with built-in bookcases, and a walnut home bar highlighted by a backlit stone feature wall. Every element was coordinated for precise alignment, consistent material transitions, and a seamless built-in result from fabrication through installation.
