Our estimates allow DWR to enter into a contractual agreement with confidence. Before signing a contract to build your project, you should have confidence the estimate is accurate in material and labor costs. There are both direct and indirect labor and material costs. In order to provide Our Clients with an Accurate and Precise Estimate we need Specifications of Dimensions, Elevations, and Material Finishes. DWR purchases all our Materials from our Suppliers who we have established relationships with here in the Greater Phoenix Area for over a decade. We pass along Our savings, of these Material purchases with contractor pricing to our clients. The DWR Planning/ Services Agreement Contract requires a nominal Fee which is then credited back to the client for the final project payment.
