This house was a complete exterior & interior renovation from a traditional 80's home, to a Scandinavian gem for a European client.
From a complete new structurally assembled roof, to over 6 tons of Brohm ridge basalt rock used on the exterior, this home was fully upgraded.

The client liked the idea of attempting to recycle materials & keep as many sources local within the Sea to Sky corridor. All exterior/interior beams/fir/cedar wood comes from a local mill in the upper Squamish valley, and the Basalt stone came from a local stone quarry that let us use up their leftovers.

To finish, we were asked to put in some fencing & complete the new landscaping as well. A smaller home than we're used to working on, but one of our funnest projects, due to the diverse array of trades/work completed.
