This westside Los Angeles condo is perfect for our bi-coastal clients who reside full time in Michigan. We performed a mini-makeover here and added furniture and finishes that better represent their low-maintenance lifestyle and sensibilities. In the kitchen, we replaced the busy mosaic backsplash and the undersized island pendants. We added upholstered bar stools and a window treatment, and voila! We also removed the "builder" dining light and hung this gorgeous beaded chandelier in its place. The splurges in this project were gorgeous custom bedding and window treatments in the master and all new furnishings in the living room. The result is a cozy coastal getaway--perfect for a staycation!
