This is the main reason we thought this cabin was salvageable. You don't see that many beautiful mountain stone fireplaces. The opening is 42 inches!

We kept these 2 closets and created a shelf above for Storm's wild turkey bottle collection. Room still needed to be gutted and framed for mold remediation and to change layout of first floor and add 2 bathrooms.

We re-framed first floor. This picture is of the hall leading to the master bedroom from the front door. We changed one full bathroom to a 1/2 bath, master suite and linen closet. Also, added a second entrance and mudroom where a 2nd bedroom had been.

It's hard to see, but this picture is taken from the master bedroom, you are looking through the new master bath, to far side of house where the future kitchen will be.

Home of future basement bar and game room. This basement had a gravel floor. We pour cement slab and created a fully improved basement.

On the 2nd level we removed the landing and added a 2nd full bathroom, and small loft. Heer BD is framing the wall of the new bathroom.

Re-purposed cabinets from a previous remodeling job. are used to save money in this basement dry bar. the bar height area was made with plywood and 1" X 2"'s, the top is an uncut piece of butcher block from Lumber liquidators. the chairs and bar were painted from Sherwin Williams pallet, and ebony...

This is a after reframing of kitchen. there was a wall behind where the table is in this picture. A support beam was added to allow the removal of this wall.

This photo shows the closets, that I reference in a previous before shot. We removed the cabinet above the closet during the re-framing so that Storm could display his multitude of Wild Turkey Decanters.

This is going to be a great basement space! The walls are covered in Lowes "", You can also see a Rinnal hot water heater on the right side wall. This is a great addition to a vacation home. It heats water on demand, eliminating worries of leaking heaters or energy loss while you are away.

The house will have a whole new level if we can turn the basement into usable space. You can see that it is above grade along the rear of the house.
