Ponce construction to completion

Transformation from a job site under construction into a wonderful finished home for this family. All the paint, cabinetry, finishes, flooring, and details were seen through construction and then the process of finishing touches after completion.

this porcelain tile really looks like the depth and character of a chiseled edge travertine, but more durable and no maintenance. We used it in the foyer and kitchen

we used a dark trim color throughout this house with lighter neutral colors on the walls, a simple, clean look but still warm.

looking from the entry to the great room and dining room- this is when I was finishing up some distressing to the reclaimed pine columns that separate the spaces.

The custom built and finished hood is a beautiful focal point in the kitchen. A great backsplash is always the perfect finishing touch. This one is mostly glass with a glass and stone mix over the range

a really cool feature in this kitchen that came together perfectly is the sliding chalkboard that is such a great functioning piece. To the left there are doors that cover a microwave and coffee pot. Hidden appliances add to the clean organized look of this kitchen

Bay window area of the kitchen where the breakfast table is and a bench that wraps the angled walls. Custom window treatments mimic the detail in the light fixture in this area

A clean simple look but still not lacking detail in this kitchen. A custom hood, glazed finish on the cabinets, Cambrian stone counters and a cool custom backsplash are complimented perfectly with industrial style lighting, and a dark trim color is an unexpected touch

Custom made soft Roman shades in a textured neutral fabric are "dressed up" with a bit of color and pattern on the banding.

The custom made rug in the area off the kitchen defines the space, adds some color and softness to contrast against the floor tile. We used a fabric that coordinates with the accents in the areas and had it made into a custom binding for this soft, durable, stain resistant carpet as a rug.
