A small pool cabana on a narrow site constrained by 45’ setbacks. The pool cabana design frames the west end of the pool terrace enclosure and the flanking arbors provide a screen shading and defining the edge of the wooded boundary. The pool cabana design includes a gazebo room for dining that visually extends through the arbors and onto the pool terrace with sliding glass doors and fanlight windows in the gable ends above. The support rooms include a wet bar, laundry, changing and bathroom and a full basement with an access stair for pool terrace furniture storage.
