Transforming this suburban back yard into a true garden space, that would be appreciated by any design professional, was a great joy. Working with Paul Brow on the Pavilion and the rear loggia was one of the more satisfying collaborative experiences I've had on a residential project. The use of the house brick to define the pool garden in a low wall, allowed us to suggest a sense of refinement not often experienced in a suburban garden. This coupled with the axial relationship between pavilion, pool, spa and fire pit provides an organized space that's comforting while allowing the garden space beyond the wall to flow and move seamlessly into the golf course beyond...
