As you can see from the before images, this was a large transformational project.
We started by gutting the entire back yard. The next step was creating a limestone retaining wall to capture water coming down the hill and move it around the house to the street. After a complete pool remodel we added a new concrete pool deck and native planting surrounding the perimeter. The shade structure is all cedar construction with guttering tied into the drainage system. A beautiful barbecue grill and celling fans finish off the structure. The boulder staircase at the back of the property leads to a wonderful walking path that take you around the upper parts of the property.
