Demolition of old porch, framed new porch with a 2/12 pitch. Framed for 2 standard size doors and 2 standard size windows. Windows and doors were flashed using window flashing tape and a water barrier was installed using cap nails.

For siding , we used James Hardie fiber cement lap siding with a 7 inch reveal. We used a solvent based caulking to seal siding , windows and doors.
